1. Cancellation Timelines & Charges
At Surat to Ahmedabad Cabs, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is structured to protect both our travelers and our driver partners:

2. Driver On-Location Cancellations
If the cab driver has already arrived at your designated pickup address in Ahmedabad City or Surat and the ride is cancelled by the customer, the base dispatch fee will be deducted to compensate the driver for fuel and time.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking) within 3 to 5 business days.
